In 1988, Forrest and Innette purchased Dedrick’s Pawn Shop at 230 W. Houston in Sherman. Later the store expanded and moved to its current location at 524 W. Houston where it is ran by Forrest’s brother, Mike Marr. This store endeavors to buy collectables that are unusual and odd. Not only does F&I Sherman carry guns, tools and jewelry, but the shelves are filled with unique pocket watches, military weapons and high dollar fishing equipment. Come check it out!
